You may browse and search Alfa Images without an account. You need an account to buy licenses or upload images. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or sell. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account was used by someone else.
Give accurate information. One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Purchases are governed by the License terms. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Uploading and earning are governed by the Contributor agreement.
If you think an image on the site infringes your rights, email [copyright contact email] with the image link, proof of your rights and your contact details. We will review it and may remove the image.
We provide the site as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We are not responsible for loss of images, data or account information from server failure, a hosting or storage provider outage, a security incident, or other technical failure. If you contribute images, keep your own copies elsewhere — do not rely on Alfa Images as your only copy of a file.
Images are uploaded by independent contributors, not by us. Each contributor is responsible for their own images and for the promises they make about them. Any claim about the content, ownership or rights of an image should be directed to the contributor who uploaded it, as described in the License terms, not to us.
